BY MAKING A BOOKING YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS BELOW:-

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENTS:

All payments will be taken in full when making a booking online.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking within 24hrs where a full refund will be given.

Please allow 24hrs after you receive your booking confirmation before making other holiday or travel arrangements.

Payments can be made via PAYPAL, Stripe or Bank Transfer

 

DAMAGES/EXCESS CLEANING DEPOSIT:

An additional £100 deposit will be taken at the time of booking to cover any damages or excess cleaning required and refunded at the end of your stay, once the cottage has been checked. Please allow upto 5 working days for the refund to be processed.

The owner reserves the right to charge an amount at their discretion which would be deducted from the £100 deposit should ‘Cottage Rules’ not be adhered to. (see COTTAGE RULES below).

If damages occur in excess of £100 then you will be liable to pay any additional costs.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations will be honoured up to 60 days before your arrival date but will incur a 10% charge of the full amounts paid for your booking.

Bookings cancelled within 60 days of arrival will be charged at 50% of the booking total and within 30 days will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.

If the booking must be cancelled by the owner due to circumstances beyond the owners’ control and an alternative, suitable accommodation cannot be found a full refund will be given.

 

INSURANCE:

We recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance against any losses.

 

COTTAGE RULES:

We request that you take good care of the cottage and its contents and that you please leave it in a clean, tidy and presentable state as it was found.

Before departure, please ensure that all bed linen is taken off the beds (NOT matrass protectors and pillow protectors), all bins are emptied, that the dishwasher, fridge, and food cupboards are emptied and that all crockery, furniture and furnishings are put back in place.

Only the people detailed on the booking confirmation form will be entitled to occupy the house.  We may refuse entry to anyone not listed on the booking confirmation form.

SMOKING:

Smoking anywhere in the cottage is strictly forbidden.

PETS: 

No pets are allowed at the property.

LOST KEYS:

Lost keys will incur a £10 charge for replacement.

 

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIMES: 

Guests should not arrive at the cottage before 4:00pm on the day of arrival and ensure that they depart the cottage by 10.00am on the date of departure. CHARGES MAY APPLY for late departure as this has an effect on the time next guests would be able to access the cottage.

If earlier check-in or later departure time are possible you will be informed near the time of your stay.

 

RIGHTS OF ENTRY:

We reserve the right to enter the property at reasonable hours to inspect the house and/or carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance.

 

TARIFFS:

We reserve the right to change tariffs during the year for special offers and discount periods. Tariffs are agreed and contracted for on booking and are not subject to change if reduced at a later date.

 

DISCLAIMER:

The holiday cottage owner does not accept any liability for loss, damage, injury, or accident which the guest or any of his/her party may incur or experience before or during their stay.

The owner does not accept liability for any disruption or inconvenience which might affect your holiday where such failure is not reasonably the fault of the owner.

 

WE WOULD REMIND GUESTS THAT THE OWNER HAS MADE EVERY EFFORT TO PROVIDE A CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE COTTAGE. WE WOULD ASK THAT YOU CLEAN UP AFTER ANY ACCIDENTS AND MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO KEEP THE COTTAGE AND ITS CONTENTS IN AS GOOD A CONDITION AS THEY ARE FOUND. 

PLEASE REPORT ALL DAMAGES TO THE OWNER.
